Manish K Jar- CEO   

Manish has a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from APS University Rewa in India and has an MBA from the University of Georgia in the US. He has spent 12 years working in diverse functions with organizations like Ford Motor Company and Tata Motors. He is one of founders of idea7. He leads idea7 Automotive team and is responsible for the overall management of the company.

Manish writes for magazines, is a cartoonist, plays harmonica and works with the Rotary International on community service projects. Manish is a member of many national and international professional bodies.

Abhijit Joshi- Business Head, Automotive   

Abhijit graduated with Bachelor of Engineering from MS University Vadodara in India. Abhijit has 13 years of automotive business experience in India and abroad. He has worked in various functions such as sales, after sales, dealer development etc with companies like Tata Motors, Ford Motor Company and Fiat. At idea7 Abhijit is responsible for Solution Development and Client Servicing.

Abhijit takes keen interest in the stock markets and is an avid reader.

Abhijit has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from College of Engineering, Pune in India and MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune in India. Abhijit started his career with Essar group and was the member of founding team at steel trading portal click4steel. Abhijit has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, training & consulting. Abhijit is responsible for corporate strategy and new product development.

Abhijit is a voracious reader and traveler. He teaches as guest faculty at Symbiosis, Pune and lectures on varied topics in various industry forums.

Varsha Tiwari- Business Head, Retail

Varsha has a Masters Degree in Physics from University of Bombay. She is also an alumnus of Jamanalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Varsha has 15 years of experience with organizations like Aditya Birla Retail, Reliance Communications, Pantaloon Retail and Hexaware Technologies. During her tenure with Corporate India, Varsha has worked in the area of training and performance management.

It was the quest of a learning and development manager for a "perfect performance enhancement solution" that led her to move to the other side of the table. She is an evangelist who is passionately involved in development of effective and sustainable training and performance enhancement solutions for retail businesses.

A Venkateshwarloo- Head, Oil Practice  

Venkat has a Bachelor of Engineering from Ravishankar University Raipur. He brings with him over 35 years of experience in Corporate India, a major part of which has been with Indian Oil where he headed the Lubricant Retail business. Within Indian Oil, Venkat developed and nurtured his love for training as a training manager and then as a leader of the training team in the Marketing Division of Indian oil that has employee strength of over 17000. Venkat heads the Oil Practice at idea7 and engages as a lead in various consulting assignments. Venkat is certified in training methodologies such as EDWARD DEBONO's Six Thinking Hats and is a member of many professional bodies. He is a visiting faculty to many leading business schools in Mumbai.

N H Viswanathan- CFO   

NHV is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. In an illustrious career of 30 years NHV has worked with leading companies in India and abroad in various functions including Finance and Operations. At idea7, NHV is in charge of the finance function and also involves himself in the overall management of the company.

NHV has been the President of the Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai and takes keen interest in the community service activities of the Rotary International. He is also a member of many professional bodies.

Aditya Saxena- Director, Administration   

Aditya has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Nagpur University and has worked for over 30 years in management positions in chemicals industry and then as a consultant and trainer. He is a member of Institution of Engineers (India) and fellow of Institution of Valuers (India). At idea7, Aditya is responsible for administration and company affairs.   

Aditya has been the President of the Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai and is still involved with community service activities of the club.

Mukul Jain- Head, Delivery  

Mukul is an MBA from IMS, Devi Ahilya University Indore. Mukul started his career as a Management Trainee with then India’s largest cement manufacturer ACC and has spent 7 years in sales, marketing, operations, training and consulting. At idea7, Mukul is responsible for the Delivery & Quality. He manages the execution of various projects with his team of Project Managers and Project Support Executives.
  
Mukul is a cricketer and a movie enthusiast.
